hooray for earth on amplified!

So by now, hopefully, you’ve all had a chance to get acquainted with the two newest members of our Selects family, Hooray for Earth and Best Coast. Perhaps you’d like to know a little more about both bands?

This round of Selects was a special one: we teamed up with the fantastic blog Amplified — who manage, consistently, to profile bands that are on-the-brink-of-breaking. Amplified has put together a pair of video packages — one on Hooray for Earth and one on Best Coast — and they’ll be featuring them on their site over the next two weeks (beginning, today, with Hooray for Earth).

The guys at Amplified were fantastic, sharing feedback on bands and generally being a great part of what can be a pretty chaotic procedure. We loved working with them, and hope you enjoy the two videos they assembled.
