Wow, I have four of those albums already. The Jordi Savall is a wonderful, wonderful recording of "Eroica" to listen to if you feel in any way bored with the work. I also have the Joe Mooney and Ray Barretto albums, both faves of mine, and the James P. Johnson album, which is a must for those who like to think about an alternate history of classical music in which it embraced jazz instead of demeaning it. All of the albums I don't have on that list look interesting, too. As someone who comes to eMusic mostly for jazz, classical, and hip-hop, this is a super-nice list.
