Last week I asked for help in naming our upcoming eMusic Selects compilation (due February 10th!), a collection of songs from 16 different artists who we firmly believe are amazing and should become famous and rich and fabulously happy. Anyway, we have come upon a winning name, as nominated by longtime Dotter WJPurdy: Selected + Collected — An eMusic Selects Compilation. Thanks to everyone for their nominees, and thanks to WJPurdy for the great suggestion! We will make sure that your superior titling skills are known far and wide! XOXO

It was supposed to be a Pavement reference, btw. I thought it was really obvious when I suggested it, and I assumed it’d be rejected out of hand because Joe and Yancey already thought of it.
