Yes, but which Okkervil TRACK is on the playlist? Wait, it looks like Lost Coastlines, which you’ve assigned to the Kills. I’m sure the universe is tearing somewhere.

Toboggan is definitely one of the better Breathe Owl Breathe songs.

I fully intend to start listening to these once I get my iPod replaced this weekend and I have the space for this stuff.

As mentioned previously I’m not a fan of the British Sea Power album, but there are three songs I can put up with, and No Lucifer is the third.

Paul Lewis, “Sonata No. 7 in D major, Op. 10 No. 3: III. Menuetto. Allegr”
Elzhi, “Motown 25 (feat. Royce Da 5′9)”
    Fuck Buttons, “Bright Tomorrow”
    Avishai Cohen Trio, “Seattle”

That is a progression to warm my heart. Old-skool Tribe and De La Soul fans, btw, do not sleep on the Elzhi record…undoubtedly the best and most satisfying indie rap album of the whole year, and there were staggering amount of really really good ones this year. Check out the Johnson and Jonson, too, though it is a little bumpier of a ride.

Also, please get the Boduf Songs record. Yancey discovered that one for us, pretty much, but ever since I started playing it it has more or less sunk into my mind indelibly.
