I dunno how useful this will be, if at all, but this now exists: http://twitter.com/17dots. Are you on Twitter? Let’s do whatever it is Twitterers do.

I still haven’t figured out Twitter’s draw. Although this 17dots incarnation is slightly less narcissistic (and maybe slightly more informative) than most individual Twitterers’.

I haven’t quite figured out the draw either…but what the hell. I can always use a new distraction from work. ;) http://twitter.com/ptolemyclark

The draw is a sureal ongoing conversation with folks all over the internet & world via SMS! I am only familar with a few of the folks from the blogging world but there are times when I hear from them and they from me.It really lends itself to Bon Mots and situations. Just follow- you’ll fit right in!

best use for it I’ve seen so far is twittervision…

…particularly on the iphone, it’s strangely addictive.
Like having a global stream of consciousness beamed directly to your hand.

I’m not all that big on the whole “@” part of it (used moderately it’s fine, but some of these folks are ridiculously out of hand with it), but I like the idea of it being used basically as a One Sentence Blog. It keeps me from being as wordy as I usually am, and frankly I need that. :)

I’m all a-twitter. Just don’t let that bird poop on me.

I’m sorry. I just don’t get twitter. If anything is worth really saying it is worth saying at link. Being able to post ten million inane posts about nothing every second of every day really does seem to have gone beyond the pale. I like blogging as much as the next person but micro-blogging….Kids these days.

And that music they listen to, get me started.
