The big news on the blogs this past week has been the string of shows that members of the Elephant 6 collective have undertaken recently — more specifically, the fact that Jeff Mangum has been turning up at several of the shows to sing along with his friends. It’s the kind of moment that, in the pre-internet age, would be lost to time forever. Fortunately, our friends at NPR have preserved the moment.
