I hear you. I think eMusic fans would love this record. On a related note…

I’m getting sorta bummed by all the negative chatter about this record among hip-hop fans. I feel like no one is taking the time to actually listen to this thing, or to appreciate that they might not get it the first, second, or even third time through. All the chatter on the message boards has been so facile and aggravating, re-statements of the same lame “RZA has fallen off” nonsense that cranky Raekwon and Ghostface delivered a few weeks ago.” RZA hasn’t fallen off, he’s just tired of pretending it’s 1993 when he makes records. 8 Diagrams is a dark, complex and gripping record, and the fact that the group is falling apart over it bums me out. Raekwon is stupidly promising that the rest of the Clan is going to make a record without RZA. You know what that record would sound like? Every other wack-ass mixtape Raekwon has been shoving down our throats for the last 8 years. At least Method Man still has his wits about him.

OK. Sorry for that. But, damn, it felt good.

Unfortunately, it’s not just the US that this doesn’t apply to:

“We’re sorry. This album is unavailable for download in your country (Spain) at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”

    *sigh*

Yeah, I looked into it aphexbr – I’m afraid the nu-Wu is only available in the UK.

There’s probably a poetic justice in that for our UK users.
