A must see for music lovers!

Tomorrow night at 9pm (EST) on PBS, the TV premier of a “one of a kind” documentary, about a “one of a kind” legend in modern music will entertain, educate, and most likely move you. More info at this PBS write up .

How can I make this claim? I had the privilege of viewing the premier three weeks ago with the vast crew of folks who made this happen (and…the director/writer, Susan Steinberg, is family). It was an incredible 5 year project that culminates into a very human story based only on discussions Ahmet had with his favorite comrades over 40+ years of running Atlantic. It was accompanied by a soundtrack of music that basically defines the evolution of modern music. Led Zepplin, Rolling Stones, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, Otis Redding, etc etc. Unbelievable story and quite emotional….if you are a music lover.
