I like hip-hop in principle, though not much of it has appealed to me since the glory days of Public Enemy. The production on this reminds me of everything from Scorn to Massive Attack to MBV, and the rhymes are refreshingly intelligent. It's been the victim of another eMusic filing error, though — it's under "Rock" when it should be something like "Hip-Hop" / "Electronic Experimental".
